Yes. We ship internationally by prior arrangement. We will agree with you on the payment method, shipping costs, and any required paperwork before dispatching your order.

We maintain an online catalog only; we do not publish a printed catalog. Most of our products are unique and our inventory is updated regularly. The products shown on our website reflect our current available stock.

Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Go to the Products page, select the product(s) you want, and click "Add to Cart", then enter the quantity. When you are ready, click "Place Order". We will receive your order details, calculate shipping for your destination, and send you a notification with the updated order. You can track all details under My Orders.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer (including Telex Transfer (T/T) or wire transfer) and PayPal.
Can you provide an invoice?
Yes. We issue invoices for all orders. A proforma invoice is available in your order details once payment has been made.
What are your payment terms?
For orders with a total value below USD 4,000, full payment is required in advance. For orders above USD 4,000, shipment is arranged by sea freight. In such cases, 60% payment is required in advance, and the remaining 40% is payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Products & Sourcing
Where do your stones come from?
Most of our gemstones are sourced directly from mines in India. We also offer a selection of stones from Brazil, Afghanistan, Africa, and other regions, depending on availability and our quality standards.
What guarantee do you provide?
We guarantee that all gemstones sold by Gemstone Export are genuine and accurately described. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you have any concern regarding authenticity, quality, or specifications, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.
Do you offer custom-made products?
Yes. We offer custom-made gemstones and products. We can produce stones in the shape, size, and material you need.
Can you supply other Indian items upon request?
Yes. We can source and supply other Indian products according to your requirements, subject to availability within India.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship your products?
We ship our products worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the items are in stock, we will ship your order within 5–7 days of order confirmation. If the items are not in stock, delivery time will depend on the quantity ordered, and we will inform you of the estimated shipping date in advance. Once shipped, the courier typically takes 5–7 business days to deliver.
What are your shipping options?
We primarily ship via DHL and FedEx. We also offer shipping through UPS, TNT, EMS, Sea Cargo, and Air Cargo. For orders weighing more than 50 kg, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for shipping, where the shipping cost can be paid when you receive the goods, so you do not need to pay shipping charges in advance.
